This policy explains what personal information Tobin’s Plumbing & Gas (ABN 29 699 737 598) collects through this website, and what I do with it. Tobin’s Plumbing & Gas is owner-operated by Remy Tobin, so “I” and “me” below means Remy.
What I collect
When you send a quote request, the form asks for your name, phone number, suburb and a description of the job. If you ring or email me, I also have whatever details you give me then.
I don’t ask for anything else, and the website doesn’t create accounts.
Why I collect it
I use your details to ring you back, give you a price and do the job. I don’t sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Where it’s kept
Quote requests are sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which emails them to my business inbox. Web3Forms and my email provider handle the data on my behalf. The website itself doesn’t keep a copy.
I keep job records for as long as I need them to do the work, handle any follow-up, and meet my tax and licensing obligations.
Other services on this site
Some pages show a Google map and Google reviews through a reviews widget. When those load, Google and the widget provider may collect information about your visit, such as your IP address, under their own privacy policies. The site’s fonts and images are served from this website.
The site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, run by the company that hosts it. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across other sites. It records things like which pages are viewed, the referring site, and your country, browser and device type, and it doesn’t identify you. The site doesn’t use advertising trackers.
Seeing or correcting your information
