Questions about rough-in & fit-off
What's the difference between rough-in and fit-off?
Rough-in is the pipework that goes in before the walls and floors are finished. Fit-off is connecting the toilets, basins, showers and taps once they're done.
When should I call you?
As early as you can, ideally when you have plans. That way the rough-in is booked in before the walls need to close up.
Do you cover my suburb?
I'm based in St James and work across Perth's river suburbs: the CBD, the eastern suburbs, most of the southern ones, and across to Nedlands and Cottesloe. The full list is on my home page, and if yours isn't on it, ring anyway.
Can you come out after hours?
Booked work is Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. After-hours work is by arrangement, so ring and ask.
