Questions about emergency plumbing
What should I do before you arrive?
Turn the water off at the meter, usually at the front of the property. If you can smell gas, get everyone outside and call your gas network's emergency line.
Do you work after hours?
After hours is by arrangement. Ring and ask. If I can't get to you, I'll tell you straight away so you can call someone who can.
Do you cover my suburb?
I'm based in St James and work across Perth's river suburbs: the CBD, the eastern suburbs, most of the southern ones, and across to Nedlands and Cottesloe. The full list is on my home page, and if yours isn't on it, ring anyway.
