Questions about blocked drains
What usually causes a blocked drain?
Tree roots getting into old pipe joints, wipes and grease building up, or a pipe that's cracked or shifted. The camera shows which one it is, so nobody's guessing.
Will the blockage come back?
That depends on the cause. Once the camera shows what's down there, I'll tell you whether it's a one-off or whether the pipe itself needs fixing.
Can't I just pour drain cleaner down it?
For a slow bathroom sink, maybe. It won't shift tree roots or fix a broken pipe, and if the main line is blocked it won't reach the problem.
Do you cover my suburb?

Can you come out after hours?
Booked work is Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm. After-hours work is by arrangement, so ring and ask.
